Work begins in Van Nuys on housing for homeless people, survivors of domestic violence

A coalition of community groups celebrated the start of construction on Oatsie’s Place on Thursday, March 10. The four-story project in Van Nuys will feature 45 apartments, 25 one-bedroom units and 20 studios, for formerly homeless people and survivors of domestic violence.
